• In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
